OneClickAppliances.com complaint
By far the worst online buying experience I've ever had. I ordered a DeLonghi kitchen mixer 3 months ago. At the time of ordering they advise it may take 2 to 4 weeks to process order. 11 weeks later with no online updates I have tried multiple emails to customer service without response. The 800 808 8339 customer service number has no answer and voice mailbox is full. The 914 743 1000 number provided to cancel orders is disconnected. AVOID AT ALL COST. thank god i could cancel payment on my credit card (thanx for great customer service northwest airline visa).
